Our Team

A retired corporate executive with a broad range of experience in marketing, distribution, brand management, and running business units. Leroy is a dynamic team leader, strong communicator, and creative solutions specialist with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. In his free time, he enjoys cross-fit exercise, running, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Cole began his career in sports construction in 2021 and has proven himself to be a quick study. His leadership skills, attention to detail, and willingness to "get it done" have fueled a meteoric rise to foreman. Cole has experience in all aspects of the construction phase having built clay courts, hard courts, and running tracks all over the Southeast United States. In his free time, he enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his two dogs. 

Familial connections have served the FTSC Team well, with Jake joining his brother and quickly becoming a pillar of our success. A three sport athlete in high school, Jake has always been drawn to the sports arena. Jake has a particular affection for building and resurfacing hard courts and often runs our resurfacing crews. In his free time, Jake enjoys playing club football and working on his Mustang. 

Alex heads up our projects in the Florida market year-round. A resident of Sebastian, FL, he is uniquely positioned to lead our work on clay tennis courts both logistically and with his expertise. Alex has worked on hundreds (thousands?) of clay tennis courts in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, and throughout the Caribbean. 

Kollin serves FTSC in myriad roles, but is at his best when faced with unique challenges. He tackles projects with a clear view of the entire picture and does not hesitate when forced to make quick decisions. A natural problem solver and relentless worker, Kollin excels under pressure and leads with pragmatism. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars.
